A woman named Ashley works for government lab. They are developing a growth/shrink ray and Ashley is a test subject and the ray enlarges her to 100 feet tall. First she gets some revenge on a cheating husband and his mistress then she goes on a rampage through the city killing lots of people through vore, foot crush and vaginal insertion. She finally meets her end when the military uses tanks and jets to kill her.
